Kathryn Valentine
Kathryn is the broker and owner of Three Mountains Realty. After years of working with other brokerages, she decided to create her own. She wanted her own identity, standards, and ethics that she could be proud of. After working in the Orlando area for 7 years, she decided to also open an additional office in the Tampa area in 2022, where she calls home. She splits her time between the two markets and is proud member of both the “Walt” and “Salt” teams at the brokerage. Even if you are working with another agent at the brokerage, be assured she is always working in the background and is always available for help if needed.
